What are your shipping rates and speeds?
We offer convenient flat-rate shipping for $9.95, plus FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75 or more! In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Special order items ship in 5 to 7 business days. Tracking information is emailed immediately upon dispatch.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes! In-store pickup is 100% free. During checkout, you can select any of our three Florida locations (Tampa, Lakeland, or Gainesville). You will receive a notification as soon as your items are ready for pickup at your chosen store.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unworn and unwashed garments with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You can return or exchange items at any Discount Uniform Store or Scrubs By Design location, or mail them directly back to the store. Note: Custom embroidered items are final sale unless defective.
How does the Competitor Price Match work?
Found a lower price elsewhere? We will price match or beat any competitor's pricing online or in store! Simply present proof of the current advertised price (flyer, catalog, or verifiable website listing) for an identical in-stock style and color. Restrictions apply to clearance liquidation items.
How do I earn and redeem Reward Points?
Every dollar you spend earns you 1 reward point. For every 100 reward points accumulated, you earn $10 Off your future order! Points can be earned and redeemed both online and across all 3 retail stores.
How long does custom embroidery take?
Because we handle embroidery on-site at our Florida facilities, our standard turnaround time is just 3 business days. We already have most hospital and university medical department logos digitized and ready to sew!
