  • FREE SHIPPING: On all qualifying web orders of $75 or more!
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $75 anywhere in the Continental US.
  • Fulfillment Timeline: In-stock scrub items ship within 1–2 business days. Special order and non-stock garments ship within 5–7 business days.

30-Day Fair Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love the way your scrubs look, fit, and perform during your long shifts. If you ordered the wrong size or selected the wrong color, returning or exchanging is simple!

Return Requirements:

  • ✓ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
  • ✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original manufacturer tags attached.
  • ✓ Packaged accessories and badge reels must remain in their original unopened packaging.
  • ✓ Custom embroidered items or altered garments are final sale unless defective.

Two Easy Ways to Return:

Option 1: In Person Bring your unworn items and packing slip to any of our 3 stores (Tampa, Lakeland, or Gainesville) for instant exchange or refund.
Option 2: By Mail Package your items with your order receipt and mail them directly to our Lakeland or Tampa fulfillment department.
